Program Support Manager

Chantilly, VA

BridgePhase is hiring a Program Support Manager to support a project with the DoD. In this role, you will provide support to the Government in the management of project related activities, including schedule management of day-to-day activities and ticket tracking, risk management (i.e., communication of risks and driving mitigation plans), coordination with external programs and general support with project related management activities as required by the client. You will be the main point of contact for end users and business leaders regarding resolution of issues, questions, and providing guidance. You will also provide for support for maintaining process documentation and end user materials as directed by the client. This is a remote role. 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience 
  • Experience providing program support to business systems modernization efforts
  • Experience with IT support ticketing systems
  • Bachelor's Degree is required related to Business, Information Technology, or Engineering
  • US Citizenship required to due to client requirements
  • Active secret clearance required

Desired Qualifications 

  • Strong problem-solving skills 
  • Background in project management, business applications management, and business process modeling 
  • Comprehension of basic technical support software
